Glasser Images abruptly closed its studios in early October 2021, leaving hundreds of photography clients without images from their weddings, engagements, and family sessions. At ShootProof, we're passionate about preserving life's most treasured memories, and we see this as an opportunity to help Glasser Images clients and photographers.

 

What is ShootProof?

ShootProof is a global leader in software, e-commerce, education, and productivity solutions. We provide professional photographers with a software platform to deliver online photo galleries to their clients.


What is Galleries For Good?

Galleries For Good, the corporate giving program of ShootProof, is donating time and services to help Glasser Images' clients gain access to their treasured photos as quickly as possible. For more information read our Press Release.

 

How will this work? 

We’re assembling a team to locate and upload tens of thousands of images to ShootProof-powered online galleries and make them available to couples and families who desperately seek to obtain photos taken by Glasser Images photographers.

We're also making galleries of past events available to clients for a period of one year. In both cases, clients will be able to download their images from the gallery if desired.

 

Will I receive video from my wedding?

ShootProof is a software used by photographers to host images. We do not have the ability to host video, and are unable to commit to hosting your images.


When will I receive my photos? 

We're currently working with Glasser Images to assess the scope of the project, and will make every effort to deliver images to families before the end of the year, though some may take longer

 

Will I receive RAW files?

ShootProof is used to host jpeg images. Because we do not support RAW files, the images you receive through ShootProof will be jpegs.

 

How will I access my photos? 

Once your gallery is ready, you'll be able to download your photos directly from it. ShootProof commits to keep your gallery active for one year from the time of delivery, with free unlimited image downloads. 

 

What should I do next?

The ShootProof 'Galleries For Good' team is currently working with Glasser Images to determine the best approach to this complex and time-intensive project. At this time, there is no need for you to take any action. Former Glasser Images galleries will be transferred to ShootProof online galleries and shared with clients as soon as possible. However, due to the amount of work involved, this project will take time to complete. Please be patient with us as we work to make your images available!
